This is currently the cheapest data plan on Airtel and in Nigeria. it allows you to enjoy 3GB worth of data for N1000 naira. All this plan requires is a little tweaking and works basically on MTK Android device.
This is originally a Blackberry plan, so for it to work on Android, you’ll need to change your Android IMEI to a BB10 IMEI. if you own phones such as Tecno, Infinix, Innjoo and other Mediatek processor device. this plan works best for you.

2.Airtel 2G Plans Slow but cheap.
Airtel has provide a slow but cheap data plans. that work only on 2G network. What this means is, you can’t use this plan when you switch network to 3G or 4G.
Airtel 2GB for N200 and 6GB for N500 were newly introduced. and on setting my eyes on these plans, my heart skipped a beat. Sadly, they are not what you think they are. These plans are not the normal Airtel plans, for crazy highend downloading.
People who spend such huge time browsing. and folks who uses extremely large amount of data do not need to opt in for this plan. rather, they can check out this plan.
In essence. what am insinuating is. this Airtel plan was basically launched to help the low-income earners stay connected. It’s cheap but with a restriction of the epic 2G/EDGE network that were once rampant.
The download speed of this particular plan was throttled to give you a speed of about 45-60Kb/s. this simply means, downloading is crap on this plan.

Recharge N200 on your Airtel line then dial *482*1# to subscribe for 2GB. Validity: 14day.
To subscribe: Airtel N500 for 6GB.
Recharge N500 on your Airtel line then dial *482*2# for 6GB. Validity: 28 days.

To Stop Auto Renew:
Dial *482# » then select 4 To Opt Out: Dial *482# » then select 5
NOTE: This plan was specifically design for a 2G internet speed, so therefore, ensure you set your preferred network to 2G only for this plan to work
3. Cheapest Data Plans Airtel 1.5GB for N200 and 500MB for N25.
This is one of the cheapest data plans for Airtel users. a perfect plan to relieve the pressure on your regular plan. this night plan is suitable for anyone using SmartTRYBE prepaid plan on Airtel.
You can get 500MB for N25, isn’t that cheap? Also, you can get 1.5Gb for N200 on the same package. Works well on all device
It gives you 1.5GB for N200 and 500MB for N25 (between 12am – 5am), but you must be on the smartTRYBE prepaid package to use this plan.
This plan can be renewed if exhausted. it means, you can resub after using up the first 1.5GB.In essence, you can use 3GB for N100 in just one night.
